I just got done watching Stevens Untiltled Rock show. Apperently it's the new one, the one that Social D was supposed to be on. But there was no Social D. not even a mention of them.
According the SD website it should come on at 10pm your time, see below....

So, what did everyone think?
I was a little disappointed, myself. I thought it was cool just to see Social D on television, but I thought they could have done the band a lot more justice. They could have spent less time showing videos from crappy emo bands and showed more Social D videos and talked to Mike and Jonny more. I don't recall Jonny even being asked one question. Aside from the Dropkick Murphys and the Explosion, I thought everything they played before Ball and Chain was crap.
It was great to see Mike and Jonny, but there were WAY too many commercials and bad videos, and the host/vj didn't seem too prepared with good questions. He didn't even acknowledge Jonny with any questions or comments. I'm rewatching what I recorded now, and it's no better the second time around. It made my day to hear that they'd like to be back in the studio at the end of next year, however, so that's one good thing.
I had butterflies about 15 minutes before seeing them. It was like waiting for them to go on stage to play, just where was the Ramones or Link Wray playing in the background? Well other than Steve sucking, it was good see Mike and Jonny (just have to say, that he is a cuutie pie!). Was it me or did it seem that they just did not want to be there? Funny how Mike was looking at Jonny like what the fuck are we doing here and who is this guy, correct me if I?m wrong? I wonder if that Steve guy knew who Social D was before the interview? Steve didn't even ask Jonny anything, poor guy. Too bad all the guys couldn't have been on there too. Too many commercials and videos, not enough good interview.
Cool to see them, but the interview sucked. I now remember why I don't watch Fuse. Sucky little bands. Steven was just horrible. I mean how many people get the chance to interview Mike Ness? He blew it, could have asked interesting questions and a least seem prepared. I guess I have to stick to VH1 Classic and watch The Alternative...maybe I'm too old.

I guess we all shouldn't complain too much; I think that's about as good as we're going to get from the mainstream music media.
